Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Unopened kits only — sealed packaging must be intact
  • No partial kit returns — the full kit must be returned as a complete set
  • No restocking fee
  • Buyer pays return shipping

Defective Items

Defective items are covered by LEOTAC's 1-year warranty. Defective components are replaced, not refunded. Contact us with photos of the defect and your order number.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Sales@capsarmory.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide a return shipping address and instructions
  3. Ship the complete, unopened kit back to us
  4. Refund is processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us within 30 days. Unopened kits can be exchanged for a different size at no additional cost (buyer pays return shipping).
