1. Products & Orders

All products are genuine LEOTAC gear. Custom-assembled kits ship within 5-7 business days. Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues.

2. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. No NET30 or credit terms — all orders are paid at checkout.

3. Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $500. Local pickup available at our Monterey Park, CA location. We ship within the United States only.

4. Returns

See our Returns & Exchanges policy. 30-day return window, unopened kits only, buyer pays return shipping.

5. Dealer Program

Dealer pricing requires an approved application and valid business credentials. Dealer discounts are non-transferable. Violation of MAP policy will result in account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

LEOTAC and Leotac Weave are trademarks of LEOTAC USA Inc. DutyKits is a brand of CAPS Armory LLC. All content on this site is protected by copyright.

7. Limitation of Liability

CAPS Armory LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through this store. Product warranties are provided by LEOTAC.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County courts.
